7 Prohibited Conduct

14 Account Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Multiple Account registration;
• Self-exclusion requested by the User;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Regulatory or licensing requirement mandating suspension;
• Any conduct that, in 88jg's reasonable judgement, prejudices the integrity of the Platform or its users.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any outstanding balance will be held pending the outcome of that investigation. Where termination follows confirmed fraudulent conduct or material breach, balances associated with that conduct may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing rules.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, after satisfying any applicable bonus wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

15 Governing Law
